$23-27/hour (NOT 1099) Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Short/Long term disability) Paid time off and Paid Holidays Boot Allowance Career Advancement Opportunities Strong Team Culture STRONG, responsible, reliable, hardworking team player Responsibilities Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal Operate and maintain a variety of tools and machinery including pruning saws, chainsaws, and chippers Communicate effectively with other team members and management Work from the ground using handsaws and pole saws Advanced Chainsaw Aerial Rescue Training Advanced Climbing CPR/First Aid Certificate holder CDL-A/B helpful, depending on what's necessary for the job Keep work area clean and orderly Perform related work as assigned Job Requirements Experience in tree trimming and pruning Ability to operate a variety of equipment and machinery Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions Climbing experience Additional experiences of benefit, including but not limited to: Certified Arborist Commercial Pesticide Applicator License CDL A License or ability to obtain one Applicants with a background in landscape maintenance and lawn care are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train the right person and assist with the cost of CDL licensure.
