Job Description

ArborWise Tree Management is looking for a qualified Arborist to join our team. ArborWise is a Rochester, MN tree care company with the highest credentials per crewmember in the region. Work with some of the best climbers and equipment in the area, with opportunities to expand your skills into plant health care and young tree/nursery operations. We staff crew appropriately sized to the task, and our nice equipment reduces job site stress, making the work efficient. Arborists can expect to regularly access trees to perform pruning, install support systems, and conduct removals by technical rigging and with periodic crane assistance. Candidates must have previous arborist experience. All candidates must pass a field test in order to qualify for the position. Reference(s) is/are mandatory and will be checked. Pay will depend on experience and ability. Other benefits will include paid vacation accrual, 401k matching, and possibility for bonuses. Ask us about health insurance. We invest in training for our employees- Multiple multi-day conferences and direct training in tree physiology and industry techniques with field-leading experts, and regular climber training for apprentices.
