About Us XL Landscape Development LLC is a large successful landscape company serving the Las Vegas Metropolitan area. We're expanding our Tree division and seeking an experienced leader who can drive both sales and operational experience. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced Tree Division Manager to lead all aspects of our tree care operations. This dual-role position requires expertise in both business development and field operations management. You'll be responsible for growing our tree care revenue while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable project execution Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute tree care sales strategies to grow division revenue
- Conduct site evaluations and create comprehensive tree care management plans including pruning, removals, and plant health care recommendations
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for commercial and residential clients
- Attend client meetings and conduct landscape walks to identify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily tree care operations with primary focus on safety and OSHA compliance
- Manage scheduling, labor allocation, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and profit margins
- Supervise and develop tree care crews and field staff
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed on time and within budget
- Address risks and hazards including utility lines and space requirements
- Coordinate with other divisions to support company-wide objectives
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in tree care/arborist services management
- Proven track record in tree care sales and business development
- Strong knowledge of tree risk assessment, pruning standards, and removal techniques
- Demonstrated leadership and crew supervision experience
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices
- Preferred Qualifications
- ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA)
- Experience with landscape management software
- Background in commercial landscape operations
