Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals for our Tree Work team, specializing in tree removal. Duties Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain tree health and appearance. Operate spider lifts safely for high-altitude tree work. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including ground work and general upkeep of outdoor areas. Assist in the rigging process for safe removal or relocation of trees. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Monitor the growth and health of trees, providing recommendations for care as needed. Requirements Experience in tree care or landscape maintenance is preferred. Proficiency in operating bucket trucks and other landscaping equipment. Strong understanding of tree trimming techniques and safety practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Willingness to learn and grow within the field of arboriculture.
