Job Description:

Tyler Campbell Tree Service is hiring a skilled arborist to handle tree pruning and tree removal in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. We stay busy and expect efficiency, professionalism, and strong work ethic on every job. This is not entry-level. We're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and can produce.

Responsibilities:

Perform tree pruning and tree removal safely and efficiently Climb trees using ropes, saddle, and proper rigging techniques Execute clean, controlled cuts with minimal property impact Work with ground crew to complete jobs quickly and professionally Maintain equipment and job site organization Follow all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as an arborist / tree climber Strong knowledge of tree pruning and removal techniques Ability to rig and safely remove large trees Reliable transportation Professional attitude and strong communication Must be dependable and show up ready to work

Compensation:

$40-$50 per hour depending on experience Consistent work (we are busy) Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Additional Requirements:

Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance (required for subcontractors) Must be able to work efficiently without constant supervision
