- Cultivation Team Our Cultivation Associates work directly with cannabis plants throughout various stages of the growing and harvesting process.
Typical duties may include:
Watering, feeding, and completing routine plant-care tasks Checking plants and cultivation areas for visible issues Pruning and assisting with general plant maintenance Supporting harvests and post-harvest processing Trimming, sorting, weighing, and organizing plant material Recording required cultivation and tracking information Cleaning grow rooms, tools, equipment, and work areas Following sanitation, waste-handling, and compliance procedures Assisting the cultivation team with daily projects and production goals This position involves active, physical work and requires employees to remain attentive to plant care, cleanliness, and established procedures throughout the workday. Production Team Our Production Associates help turn cannabis materials into accurately prepared, packaged, and labeled products for distribution.Typical duties may include:
Weighing and measuring cannabis products Packaging and labeling finished products Producing prerolls and assisting with other processing tasks Counting and verifying product quantities Following established product specifications Completing production and inventory records Performing routine quality checks Tracking packaging materials and supplies Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations Maintaining organized production and storage areas Assisting with changing production priorities and special projects Accuracy is especially important in this department. Team members must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail. Physical Nature of the Work These are active positions. Depending on the department and daily assignment, employees may: Spend extended periods standing, walking, or sitting Bend, reach, crouch, and perform repetitive hand movements Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Perform frequent cleaning and sanitation duties Work around plants, soil, water, fertilizers, packaging materials, and equipment Work in areas that may be warm, humid, cool, or have strong cannabis odors Required Credentials- Before beginning work, employees must possess or be able to obtain:
