A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. is a small cultivation business in Anchorage, AK. We are professional cannabis producer and our goal is to bring a quality & clean product we can all be proud of to consumers of Alaska.
Our work environment includes:

Duties:
  • Full day shift beginning 8am-4:30pm, M-F.
  • This position will be full-time in our Post Harvest Processing Department
  • Oversee quality inspection of bud trimmers and cleanup and redirect as needed
  • pre-roll making and packaging experience a plus
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Sanitize and keep clean work environment and atmosphere
  • Hygienic processes are key
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with commercial scale cultivation a plus
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Knowledge of gardening and farming practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL A MUST
  • MUST BE 21 year of age and obtain a
State Marijuana Handler Card Note:
