Job Description

Great Northern Cultivation is now hiring for a Trimming/Packaging Technician. A good attitude and strong work ethic is required. Must be 21 or older and have or be able to obtain an Alaska Marijuana Handler Permit. Trimming/Packaging Technicians are responsible for trimming weighing and finishing pre-rolls, and assisting with harvest and bucking.
Essential Functions:
Defoliating harvested plants in preparation for drying. Accurately weighing and recording waste from harvest and bucking. Communicate effectively with the Facility Manager and Technician peer group. Perform minor equipment and facility cleaning and maintenance activities. Utilize computers and order forms for tracking weights, product inventory and storage. Work as a member of a team in an open, ever changing work environment. Maintain the cleanliness of all production and staging areas. Perform work in an organized and systematic fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must already possess or be able to obtain an Alaska Marijuana Handler Permit. Must have reliable transportation Must have excellent attendance and professionalism Must have flexible availability Hours per week: 30-39

Monday to Friday 8-Hour, day shift
