Overview Looking for farm & property management help on our organic regenerative farm in Boulder Creek. We run an active farm during the week, and we host tour groups on our farm during the weekend. Responsibilities Working with plants. Mowing, weed whacking, brush clearing. Experience with tractors is ideal. Hospitality skills are also good for our weekend tour work. Skills Understanding of plant care. Understanding of how to work with mowers, weed whackers, and chippers. Experience with operating tractors is ideal. Basic handyman skills. Familiarity with irrigation systems, horticulture practices, greenhouse operations, and growing techniques. Demonstrated outdoor work experience with a focus on sustainable farming practices and land management. This job works best when individuals are self-driven and independent and can work without constant supervision. We are creating a special organic and regenerative farm experience with our crops, and for tourists to come visit and learn from our farm. Employees need to have a passion for working with plants and nature.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
