Plantscapers is hiring Horticulture Specialists to service commercial and residential accounts throughout Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Riverside counties. In this role, you'll keep client plants thriving through proper care, strong communication, and dedicated professionalism.
Daily Workflow & Location Requirements Morning Hub:
You will start each workday at our Irvine warehouse to load replacement plants, gather daily supplies, and check in with the team before heading out. On the
Field:

What We Offer:
Competitive Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 / hour (dependent on experience)

What We're Looking For:
Plant lover with horticulture, nursery, or landscaping experience (customer service experience is a plus!) Ability to learn and use company-required smartphone applications for daily work activities. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, personal vehicle, and active auto insurance Physical stamina to perform active work all day (lifting up to 20+ lbs, walking, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling) Strong time management, organizational skills, and professional communication abilities Authorized to work in the U.S. with English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
What You'll Do:
Plant Care & Standards:
Maintain interior plant accounts according to company checklists, quality control guidelines, and color plant rotation schedules.
Client & Team Communication:
Professional updates with client contacts, prompt reporting of route changes to management, and respectful collaboration with the team.
Field Logistics & Tech:
Travel scheduled routes via company or personal vehicle, complete required daily paperwork, care for tools, and submit plant replacement requests via the Jobber CRM app.
Safety & Knowledge:

Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week

(Yes/No) While standard shifts vary, client needs occasionally require early starts (around 5:00 AM). Would you be comfortable with an occasional early start time if needed? (Yes/No)
