Job Summary Join our dynamic agricultural team as a Farm Worker and play a vital role in maintaining the health and productivity of our farm operations. This energetic position involves hands-on work in orchard maintenance. You will contribute to a thriving agricultural environment by performing essential tasks that support sustainable farming practices and operational efficiency. If you're passionate about farming, outdoor work, and working with machinery and irrigating, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact on our farm's success. Duties Operate farm machinery including tractors, forklifts, irrigation systems, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with harvesting crops Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery Support irrigation systems setup and maintenance to optimize water use for crops Supervise or assist with manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting or transporting materials around the farm site. Follow safety standards in production environments to ensure a secure workplace for all team members. Requirements Proven experience working outdoors in farming or agricultural settings with a strong understanding of irrigating and pruning Hands-on experience operating farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, or other heavy equipment; certification is a plus. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs on farm equipment; welding skills are advantageous. Familiarity with irrigation systems. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy objects or working in physically demanding conditions. Strong attention to safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience with maintenance, repair operations (MRO), hand tools usage, and equipment upkeep is highly desirable. Outdoor work experience demonstrating adaptability to changing weather conditions and physical environments is essential.
