  • Temporary Overview Join our team as a Seasonal Farm Equipment Operator and play a vital role in supporting hay operations during peak seasons.
This position involves operating a variety of farm machinery, maintaining equipment, and manual labor to ensure smooth and efficient farm productivity. If you thrive in outdoor environments, enjoy hands-on work, and have a passion for agriculture and machinery, this opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities Operate heavy farm equipment such as a rake, baler, and harrow bed, as well as other machinery with precision and safety. Qualifications Previous farm experience is appreciated but not required. Ability to perform heavy lifting (94+ lbs.) Experience with power tools, hand tools, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) tasks. Outdoor work experience with a focus on hay is preferred; must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Must be able to pass a drug test.
