Job Description
We are a highly decorated cannabis brand located in the Orange County area looking for highly motivated candidates to join our team. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality and most flavorful cannabis in the world. Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner is a must. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented preroll technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality standards. This role is responsible for producing premium cannabis pre-rolls in compliance with company SOPs and California cannabis regulations. Responsibilities Weigh, grind, and prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production. Operate and maintain pre-roll production equipment. Fill, pack, inspect, and finish pre-rolls to meet company quality standards. Perform quality control inspections for weight, appearance, consistency, and overall product quality. Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution. Accurately document production data, inventory usage, and waste. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Follow all company SOPs, GMP standards, and state cannabis compliance regulations. Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional product quality. Assist with additional production, packaging, and facility duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid California ID. Must have reliable transportation. Minimum 1 year of experience packaging cannabis flower or working in a similar production or manufacturing environment. General knowledge of weights and measurements using digital scales. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain product consistency. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace. Ability to follow all established procedures, policies, and compliance requirements while producing products that meet strict quality control standards. Ability to efficiently package cannabis flower while consistently meeting daily production goals. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain a productive work environment. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds . Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
