is seeking an experienced QA/QC Technician to join a cannabis production and manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This position will be responsible for supporting quality control and assurance processes while also assisting with hands-on oil mixing and production activities. We are looking for someone with previous QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably with direct experience mixing oils or similar cannabis products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, comfortable working hands-on in production, and able to accurately follow procedures and documentation requirements. Responsibilities Perform quality control and quality assurance inspections throughout the production process. Assist with and perform hands-on oil mixing according to established formulas, procedures, and production requirements. Measure and combine ingredients accurately while following production specifications. Verify product quality, consistency, labeling, and packaging. Complete production, QC, and QA documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Perform basic mathematical calculations involving measurements, quantities, weights, and production batches. Identify and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or production concerns to management. Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and cannabis industry regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production work area. Properly use required PPE and follow workplace safety guidelines. Assist with additional production and quality-control duties as needed. Qualifications Previous QA/QC experience required, preferably in manufacturing, production, food, pharmaceutical, cannabis, or a similar regulated environment. Hands-on oil mixing experience strongly preferred. Experience following formulas, recipes, batch instructions, or detailed production procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Basic math skills, including measurements, quantities, and weights. Must be fluent in English, including the ability to read and write English. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working in a cannabis production facility is a strong plus.
