You will be working directly with the Facility Manager to produce high quality cannabis in large quantities on a tight schedule. To do this a facility must be clean and organized. Much of your time will be spent maintaining this standard. Some of these tasks include sweeping, mopping, washing of trays, washing of pots, and general cleaning. You will also help the Facility Manager by working hands on with the plants. Some of these tasks will be cloning, transplanting, pruning, trellising, harvesting, spraying organic pesticides, and releasing beneficial insects. Ideally you will already have a MED issued badge but if you do not please still apply. You don't have to have previous cannabis experience to do well in this position. We can teach you everything you need to know. The most important prerequisite is that you are willing to learn and you approach each work day with alacrity. •
