Duties Include:

Harvesting and trimming (by hand or machine) Bucking De-leafing, cutting back, and undercutting plants Maintaining clean workstations and trimming equipment Separating plant strains Watering, plant care, and maintenance Post-harvest cleanup Pesticide application Cultivation tasks as needed Other duties as assigned This is a hands-on position where you'll constantly be learning. Requirements:

Must be able to work 6:00am-2:45pm, 5 days a week (minimum 40 hours/week, no exceptions) Must be able to work weekends and holidays Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Must be comfortable with sitting, standing, and bending for extended periods Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Must have a Colorado MED Employee Badge and be at least 21 years of age Must have reliable transportation and be able to start immediately Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively Must comply with safety standards and MED rules and regulations
