Who we are looking for: We are seeking an exceptional, highly organized Lead Cultivator driven by an obsession with quality to head our craft cultivation operations. In this role, you will work with autonomy to manage room environments, direct irrigation and fertigation strategy, and lead a dedicated cultivation crew with precision to exceed facility standards. You are both a technical plant scientist and a disciplined operator—fluent in data-driven crop steering, biological pest management, and cleanroom sanitation standards. If you possess an analytical mindset with an uncompromising standard for boutique, top-shelf flower and want the operational runway to produce the cleanest, highest quality craft cannabis on the market, we want to hear from you. Duties Lead and manage horticultural teams to execute cultivation activities efficiently and safely, including planting, pruning, trimming, and harvesting. Develop and implement comprehensive crop production plans aligned with organizational goals, ensuring optimal yield and quality. Oversee irrigation management, including the maintenance, and adjustment of irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth. Maintain detailed records of cultivation processes, crop cycles, pest control measures, and environmental conditions to ensure compliance with SOPs. Monitor and control pests using integrated pest management strategies, including plant pest identification and plant pest control techniques. Supervise and maintain environment regulation of temperature, humidity, co2. Ensure adherence to safety standards during heavy lifting, use of hand tools, landscaping tasks, lawn care, and outdoor work activities. Implement horticulture best practices related to plant identification, crop pest management, irrigation systems troubleshooting. We operate a brand new, state of the art cultivation facility and we are looking to build the best team of cannabis professionals in the state.
