This role is all about teamwork, efficiency, and respect for the plant. You'll help ensure every harvest runs smoothly, product is handled with care, and the day flows with good energy and strong results. What You'll Do Harvest & Handle Plants with

Care:

Safely cut, hang, and transport mature cannabis plants according to harvest schedules. Maintain the integrity of trichomes and flower quality at every step.

Bucking & Prep Work:

Buck flower from stalks by hand or using approved tools/equipment. Weigh, label, and organize batches accurately. Keep product organized and consistent across the team.

Team Collaboration:

Work side-by-side with your crew to meet daily harvest and bucking goals. Communicate openly, share techniques, and keep the workflow smooth and positive. Support other post-harvest or cultivation tasks as needed — we all pitch in when it counts.

Cleanliness & Compliance:

Keep your station clean and equipment sanitized. Follow all SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards — we take pride in a clean, compliant facility. Ensure accurate plant tracking and data entry in METRC or related systems. What You Bring Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and solid work ethic. Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and pace. Dependability — showing up on time, ready to contribute. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a warm or humid environment. Cannabis or agricultural experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person. Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the Colorado cannabis industry.
