A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Position Summary As an Irrigation Specialist at SavATree, you will build expertise in irrigation systems and lawn care through hands-on experience and training. You'll learn how to troubleshoot water and pressure issues, repair and replace heads, nozzles, and valves, and maintain irrigation systems. Additionally, you'll gain knowledge of turfgrass types, insects, and diseases. In this role, you will:- Work outdoors on beautiful properties to ensure healthy and efficient irrigation systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems to meet client needs.
- Learn to identify turfgrass species and common pests or diseases.
- Apply irrigation system knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
- Collaborate with field teams and contribute to delivering outstanding client experiences.
About You You are:
- Eager to learn and grow within the irrigation and lawn care industry.
- Passionate about working outdoors and solving problems.
- Interested in gaining certifications and advancing your expertise.
- Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in communication, both verbal and written, to understand and meet client needs.
- Ideally holding a degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience (preferred but not required). What is Essential
- Willingness to complete required training to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
- Desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license for operating service vehicles (CDL a plus).
