HELP WANTED - FULL-TIME FARM POSITION

- Lakeville, CT We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our farm operation. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities include:

Operating farm equipment and heavy machinery Crop and field work General farm and property maintenance Equipment maintenance and basic mechanical repairs Assisting with day-to-day farm operations Other duties as needed throughout the year Ideal candidate: Previous farming and/or heavy equipment experience Mechanically inclined and able to perform basic equipment repairs Comfortable operating farm machinery Able to work independently and take initiative Dependable, responsible, and willing to help wherever needed Valid driver's license - Commercial driving experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

High School Diploma Compensation:

Competitive wages - Compensation based on experience. Insurance cost shared with employer
