Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Farm Helper to join our dynamic agricultural team. Responsibilities Assist with the care and management of livestock, including feeding, watering, cleaning, and health monitoring Operate farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on farm equipment and machinery using hand tools, power tools, welding, and mechanical knowledge Support planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop cultivation activities across various horticultural projects Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, fencing installation, animal husbandry chores, and greenhouse work Maintain safety standards in all production activities by adhering to established protocols and using proper protective equipment Supervise or assist with farm staff or seasonal workers in daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow Requirements Proven experience working on farms or in agricultural environments with outdoor work exposure Hands-on experience operating farm machinery including tractors, forklifts, and irrigation systems Knowledge of animal husbandry practices for livestock and equine management Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision Mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance; welding skills are a plus Familiarity with safety standards related to farming operations and heavy equipment use Strong organizational skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and record keeping Valid experience with farm animal care including livestock handling and animal husbandry techniques Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to sustainable farming practices!
