We're looking for someone with some hands-on irrigation experience who is comfortable with basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance and is interested in continuing to learn and grow in the trade. Responsibilities Perform irrigation system inspections, maintenance, and repairs Troubleshoot common irrigation issues including broken heads, valves, leaks, wiring, and coverage problems Replace and adjust sprinkler heads, rotors, nozzles, valves, and other irrigation components Assist with irrigation installations and larger repair projects Complete service paperwork, proposals, and invoices accurately Communicate professionally with residential and commercial customers Keep company vehicle, tools, and work areas organized Work independently on routine service calls and alongside experienced technicians on more complex jobs Qualifications Approximately 2+ years of irrigation experience preferred Basic knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems Ability to troubleshoot and complete common irrigation repairs Reliable, organized, and willing to learn Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work Valid driver's license required Benefits Paid time off including vacation and holidays Opportunities to grow and advance within the company Supportive, experienced team Company-provided tools and resources Schedule Monday to Friday Day shifts About Us West Boca Irrigation has been serving Boca Raton and surrounding areas of Palm Beach County since 1982.
