At Decorating Elves, we build upscale holiday lighting displays that have been featured nationwide, and we're looking for a few good elves! Become a part of the team that's been bringing holiday cheer to Tampa Bay for almost 20 years. This is a full-time, seasonal position with immediate openings. Multiple Locations available, paired with a crew that matches your commute

Duties :

• Hang holiday lighting on the exterior of homes, businesses, trees, etc…
• Work with a team to efficiently complete lighting displays
• Remove lighting and décor at the end of the holiday season

Requirements :

• No experience required! We train!
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to climb ladders up to 36'
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Reliable transportation to job locations To succeed in this role, you must :
• Have a willingness to learn
• Be on time
• Be ambitious and motivated
• Have a positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions
• Work while standing on a tall ladder for extended periods
• Work outdoors during daylight hours
• Have strong communication skills
