Deercreek Country Club is seeking a skilled and dependable Irrigation Technician to support the maintenance and performance of our golf course irrigation systems. This role is essential in ensuring optimal turf conditions and overall course quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with irrigation systems and a strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including pipes, valves, heads, and controllers Monitor water usage and adjust irrigation schedules based on weather and course conditions Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues within the irrigation system Perform routine system checks to ensure efficiency and proper coverage Assist with course maintenance duties as needed, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep Maintain accurate records of repairs, adjustments, and system performance Qualifications Previous irrigation or golf course maintenance experience preferred Working knowledge of irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repair Ability to operate hand tools and light equipment safely Strong work ethic with attention to detail Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Valid driver's license preferred

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
