Every employee is expected to uphold these standards throughout each shift. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for pressure washing farm equipment, trays, racks, and growing materials , while also assisting with other farm labor tasks as needed. This is a physically demanding position that involves working closely with another team member and helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the farm. Responsibilities Pressure wash growing trays, equipment, racks, and farm materials Work alongside another employee operating pressure washing equipment Move crops, trays, and other farm materials throughout the facility Prepare trays for planting Assist with general farm cleaning and maintenance Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all GAP food safety and sanitation procedures every day Perform additional farm labor tasks as needed

Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday Able to work outdoors at times in Florida heat and rain (work areas are generally under cover) Comfortable getting wet while operating pressure washing equipment Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to and from our farm in Lauderhill Must be able to speak and understand English Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others Willing to follow strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards every day Previous experience in farming, pressure washing, landscaping, warehouse work, or general labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
