Duties Assist with livestock management, including feeding, watering, and routine health checks for various farm animals such as cattle, horses, and poultry Operate farm machinery including tractors, forklifts, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and basic mechanical troubleshooting on farm machinery and tools Support crop cultivation activities such as planting, watering, harvesting, greenhouse work, and growing experiments Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, fencing repairs, welding, welding repairs, and manual handling of materials Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper procedures during equipment operation and animal handling Assist with animal husbandry tasks including grooming, cleaning enclosures, and ensuring proper animal care practices are followed Experience Proven experience working outdoors in farming or agricultural settings with a strong understanding of farm operations Supervising experience or leadership roles in farm environments preferred but not required Hands-on experience operating agricultural machinery such as tractors, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools Knowledge of livestock handling techniques and animal husbandry best practices Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance of farm machinery and heavy equipment Familiarity with safety standards in agricultural production environments Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to sustainable farming practices!
