On-the-job training Growth opportunities Responsibilities of an Irrigation Laborer would include but not be limited to completing physical tasks such as digging, backfilling, setting heads, and laying pipe. Irrigation Team member should be good with time management, reliable, and have good communication skills. Team members are required to work with mobile apps for documenting work and daily activities. Irrigation is hard physical labor and team members will be expected to dig trenches, cut through roots, and work outside in the south Florida weather. Team members without a valid clean drivers license must have reliable transportation to and from work. Opportunities to learn a new trade and grow to a technician for team members who are motivated.
