Full-time Job Summary:

Maintain and repair all irrigation sprinkler heads, underground breaks and leaks at villages, club and POA areas to meet Harbour Ridge specifications and standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: 1. Repair and maintain all aspects of the irrigation system in a safe and professional manner. 2. Report all needed parts and supplies to the Head Irrigation Technician when inventory is low. 3. Organize tools, shovels and supplies for daily work activity. 4. Record the daily number of gallons of water used per irrigation cycle (in the absence of the Lead Irrigation Technician). 5. Conduct maintenance checks to ensure the development of new sod, landscape plant material and trees. Assure that watering takes place on a timely basis. 6. Prepare sprinkler system when homeowners conduct construction or renovations to their homes. 7. Follow all verbal and written instructions for repair work on irrigation system. 8. Maintain flexible schedule for "service calls" if irrigation issues arise after normal working hours. 9. Process irrigation time clocks for shipping and repair. 10. Repair large underground main breaks. 11. Prepare weekly reports for work hours and areas completed. Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to: 1. Comply with company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook or as demonstrated as common practice. 11. Seek to improve self in knowledge and skills.
