As a privately owned company, we specialize in commercial landscape maintenance and construction, proudly serving the Central and West Coast Florida markets. Our Irrigation Technicians are essential to keeping landscapes thriving by ensuring irrigation systems operate efficiently and effectively. They perform regular inspections, make timely repairs, and adjust systems to support plant health across commercial properties. We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician with an hourly rate of $18.00-$23.00 depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine irrigation inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on assigned properties Identify and repair leaks, broken heads, valves, and other system issues Adjust controllers and sprinkler zones for optimal coverage and efficiency Create and manage monthly irrigation maintenance schedules Installation of new irrigation components Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in clean, working condition Communicate effectively with supervisors and field teams regarding repairs and system updates Ensure compliance with water regulations to meet company quality and safety standards Perform or replace system parts such as valves, sprinkler heads, timers and piping as needed Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts and system performances Requirements Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record Commercial irrigation experience preferred; willing to train with landscape maintenance background English communication skills required (Spanish a plus) Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (Mon-Thu, 10-hour shifts) Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Understanding of irrigation systems, components and water management practices Ability to use irrigation tools and diagnostic equipment Familiarity with brands such as Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro Ability to work independently and as a team Benefits On the Job Training Competitive compensation and benefits (Health, Dental, Vision), PTO and holidays A supportive work environment where team contributions are recognized and celebrated Well-maintained trucks, tools, equipment, and PPE Unlimited personal growth potential Employee referral bonuses Job stability with a growing company CEPRA Landscape is an Equal Opportunity and E-verify Employer
