Responsibilities Assist with daily farm chores Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, harvesters, and power tools. Perform equipment repairs and basic mechanical maintenance to ensure machinery remains in optimal condition. Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy loads, planting, harvesting, and general farm up keep Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures for animals and equipment while promoting a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in farming or agricultural work with knowledge of crop cultivation Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, agricultural tractors, and other farm machinery safely and efficiently. Mechanical knowledge for equipment repair, maintenance, welding, and troubleshooting mechanical issues Experience with manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and the use of hand tools or power tools. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments to ensure compliance and prevent accidents.
