Job Description
Junior High Volleyball Coach Paton-Churdan Community School District is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior High Volleyball Coach to lead and develop our junior high volleyball program. Responsibilities Plan and conduct effective practices and competitions. Teach and develop student-athletes' volleyball skills, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment. Provide leadership, encouragement, and mentorship to student-athletes. Collaborate with school administration, coaching staff, and other stakeholders. Support the academic and personal development of student-athletes. Follow all school district, conference, and state athletic association rules and policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous volleyball coaching experience preferred. Knowledge of volleyball fundamentals and game strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, staff, and the community. Must possess or be willing to obtain the appropriate Iowa coaching license prior to coaching. Successful completion of required background checks and other employment requirements.
