Responsibilities Operate tractors, combine, grain cart, sprayer and other farm equipment Drive trucks hauling grain and other farm materials Assist with planting, spraying, harvest and other seasonal fieldwork Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment Help with general farm and shop work as needed Work longer hours during planting and harvest when necessary What We're Looking For Previous farm and equipment operating experience Able to drive a manual transmission Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment problems Dependable and willing to show up when needed Able to work independently and take initiative Valid driver's license CDL preferred, or willingness to obtain Chemical applicator license and sprayer experience are a plus We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a steady, long-term position with a family farming operation. Benefits include 401(k). Pay will depend on experience, CDL, applicator license, mechanical ability, and overall qualifications.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
