Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our operation. This position includes a mix of agricultural field work and basic truck/trailer repair. Hours vary by season Agricultural Work (Primary Duties) Regular weekly hour with increased hours during spring and fall. Field work (tillage, planting support, rolling beans) Spraying assistance Driving truck during harvest and busy seasons General Farm labor as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and parts are properly stored and equipment is functioning correctly. Truck and Trailer Repair (Secondary Duties) Mostly off-season/slow time work Basic truck servicing Changing tires Replace brakes Light trailer repairs (tarps, motor mechanical work) Requirements Ability to operate farm equipment and trucks (or willingness to learn) Mechanical aptitude Dependable, punctual, and able to work increased hours during busy season Must have CDL or be able to aquire timely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various trucks and agricultural equipment safely.
Pay:
$1,200.00 - $1,400.00 per week
