The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the tomato season. Workers will perform manual labor for hothouse/greenhouse tomato crop work in all stages for various tomato varietals from crop start to crop end. Duties include, but are not limited to, lowering, clipping, pruning, harvesting, packing in packhouse attached to greenhouse (on the farm), sanitation, irrigation, aqua jet cleaning during the clean out, greenhouse sanitizer applications, plant protection, forklift or any other crop related activities or other tasks or duties assigned to such workers. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
