A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
We need a seasonal employee to assist with our farming operation where we plant, grow and harvest corn, soybeans, milo and hay. Employee will need to assist with operation farm equipment including tractors and semi-trucks to plant, harvest and haul these crops. Employees will also need to assist with setting up, repairing and monitoring irrigation systems. Employee will complete general farm manual labor as directed to assist with farming operation/maintenance. Employee will complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Family housing not available. Housing will be clean & meet applicable Fed, State &local housing standards. Workers must maintain neat & clean housing. Housing/utilities are provided at no cost to workers who are unable to return to place of residence the same day.
