Summary:

Theory Wellness operates state of the art medical cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in Massachusetts. We are seeking a Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and passionate about working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities will include:

Vegetative room work: transplanting clones, pruning and room cleaning Flower room work: deleafing, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks Loading and unloading materials, supplies and waste Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules Driving our positive, respectful and grateful company culture All other duties as assigned by supervisor
