Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis flowers according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance product appearance and quality Manage plant pest control and implement integrated pest management strategies to maintain healthy crops Assist with crop production tasks such as harvesting, drying, curing, and maintaining optimal environmental conditions using irrigation and agricultural environmental control systems Use hand tools and gardening equipment safely and efficiently for trimming, pruning, and garden maintenance Support irrigation management by monitoring irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering schedules, and troubleshooting issues Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols during outdoor work or greenhouse cultivation Collaborate with horticultural teams on crop growth stages, pest management, and overall plant health monitoring Qualifications Previous cannabis trimming experience preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate Strong attention to detail Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be at least 21 years old Must meet all applicable state and local requirements for working in the cannabis industry Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for trimming and handling plants Basic math skills for measurements and record keeping related to crop management Comfortable working with hand tools Apply today if you're passionate about horticulture and eager to grow your career in the cannabis industry!
