Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cultivation Technician to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with plant cultivation, understands environmental controls and irrigation systems, and can assist with all aspects of daily cultivation operations while following instructions and company procedures. Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Reliable transportation Minimum 3 years of commercial cultivation experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods Ability to work weekends and overtime when needed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Required Experience Environmental control systems (HVAC, humidity, temperature, CO₂ management) Irrigation systems and fertigation Mixing nutrients and monitoring EC/pH Cloning and propagation Transplanting Defoliation (deleafing) Pruning Harvesting Trimming Pest and disease identification (IPM) Inventory tracking and plant tagging Basic cultivation equipment maintenance Basic plumbing and irrigation repairs Troubleshooting cultivation equipment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in commercial indoor cultivation facilities Knowledge of nutrient deficiencies and plant diagnostics Experience with automated environmental control systems Personal Qualities Dependable and punctual Self-motivated Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Detail-oriented Able to follow directions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
