Desired Qualifications:

Valid Michigan special education teaching endorsement Prior experience delivering special education at the middle school level Strong leadership and collaboration skills for guiding fellow educators Proven ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs Deep understanding of a variety of learning disabilities and relevant strategies for student support Excellent communication skills for building partnerships with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:
