Greenhouse Technician -

Cultivation Cannon Falls, Minnesota Company:

Minny Grown Minny Grown is a fast-growing Minnesota company building one of the most advanced greenhouse cultivation facilities in the state. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a team producing high-quality cannabis. Responsibilities Assist with daily greenhouse cultivation tasks Plant care including pruning, trellising, transplanting, and harvesting Irrigation monitoring and basic nutrient management Maintaining clean and organized cultivation spaces Assisting with drying and post-harvest processing Following strict regulatory and compliance procedures Requirements Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment Preferred Experience in agriculture, horticulture, gardening Greenhouse or farm experience Mechanical or irrigation knowledge Compensation $18 - $25/hour depending on experience Full-time positions available

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
