Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Farm Laborer and become a vital part of cultivating high-quality cannabis products. In this energetic role, you will assist with all aspects of plant care, environmental control, and farm maintenance to ensure optimal crop growth. Your hands-on work will support sustainable farming practices, promote healthy plant development, and contribute to a thriving horticultural environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in cannabis cultivation while working outdoors. Bonuses are available at harvest. Responsibilities Assist with planting, transplanting, pruning, and trimming cannabis plants to promote healthy growth and maximize yields Manage irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering schedules and troubleshooting any issues that arise Monitor crop health by identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies using plant identification skills Implement integrated pest management strategies to control pests and protect crops organically and effectively Maintain outdoor cultivation areas through garden trimming, landscaping, and general upkeep Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for crop production, environmental controls, and safety protocols Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely for land preparation, planting, and maintenance tasks Assist with harvesting activities, including drying, curing, and packaging crops in compliance with quality standards Requirements Prior experience in horticulture, farming, or gardening environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of irrigation management and agricultural environmental control systems is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks regularly in outdoor settings Familiarity with crop pest management techniques and plant pest control methods is preferred. Basic math skills is helpful but not necessary Mechanical knowledge of irrigation systems and gardening tools is advantageous Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; greenhouse experience is beneficial Effectively work as a team Join us in cultivating excellence! Pay:
