Job Description
Gordon Farms is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our farming operation. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term career where they will be valued and treated well. About Us Modern row crop farm producing corn, soybeans, and sugarbeets . Responsibilities Operate farm machinery (tractors, skid steers, forklifts, and other equipment) Perform a variety of daily farm tasks Assist area farms by Driving semi trucks or grain carts during harvest Helping operate the grain handling system Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on farm equipment Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record Organize, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently Work longer hours during planting and harvest seasons Qualifications General mechanical and farm experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train a motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
