About Us We are a licensed cannabis cultivation operation in Southern Minnesota seeking an experienced Assistant Grower / Cultivation Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership position working directly with ownership to support daily greenhouse and outdoor cultivation operations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about plant cultivation, takes pride in producing high-quality crops, and is ready to become a key member of our growing company. Responsibilities Assist with all daily cultivation activities in greenhouse and outdoor environments. Mix and apply nutrients according to established cultivation schedules. Monitor irrigation systems and plant watering requirements. Transplant plants through all stages of growth. Monitor plant health and identify nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases. Assist with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant cultivation areas. Maintain accurate cultivation records and communicate plant health observations to management. Help supervise and train a small cultivation team. Assist with harvest, drying, curing, trimming, and post-harvest activities. Work closely with ownership to implement cultivation plans and improve production efficiency.

Qualifications Required:

Previous experience in commercial cannabis cultivation, greenhouse production, horticulture, commercial agriculture, or a related field. Strong understanding of plant nutrition, irrigation, and plant health. Ability to work in both greenhouse and outdoor environments. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Honest, dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Professional references are required.

Preferred:

Leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Experience working in regulated agricultural or cannabis operations.
