Salter Lawn Service is hiring a reliable and experienced Irrigation Technician. The ideal candidate must be able to inspect, audit, adjust, troubleshoot and repair the systems to insure they perform correctly for residential and commercial properties. To ensure success, you should exhibit a strong work ethic and have knowledge of irrigation techniques. This position offers 5 day work week along with health insurance, PTO and matching 401K.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate watering schedules
• Troubleshoot any problems that may arise with system
• Order and install parts
• Understand plants being watered to best determine water rates
• Understand and implement computerized irrigation systems including remote monitoring/control systems
• Provide general oversight of labor crew

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• High School diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in irrigation or a related occupation is highly recommended.
