Job Description EquipmentShare's SkillBridge Program offers transitioning service members hands-on experience in construction technology and equipment rental. During this internship, you'll support daily yard operations, learn to manage a mixed equipment fleet using EquipmentShare's T3 platform, assist with inspections and basic maintenance, and help deliver solutions that keep contractors safe and productive. You'll work closely with operations, service, and sales teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, gaining exposure to logistics, customer support, and digital tools that power modern construction jobsites. Responsibilities Support daily equipment yard and rental operations Learn and utilize T3 telematics and fleet management tools Assist with equipment check-in, inspections, and basic maintenance coordination Track inventory and prepare equipment for delivery and pickup Collaborate with operations, service, and sales teams to meet customer needs Collect and enter operational data to improve efficiency and safety Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized jobsite Participate in training on construction technology and equipment applications Assist with customer interactions and basic service requests Contribute ideas to improve processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Required Skills Construction equipment operation Fleet management systems Telematics platforms Basic mechanical aptitude Safety and OSHA awareness Data entry and reporting Customer service Inventory tracking Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Basic troubleshooting
