Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cannabis Packaging Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging cannabis products in compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will ensure that packaging operations run smoothly, supporting the overall production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. Duties Must be at least 21 years of age (as per legal requirements) Follow all company SOPs and state cannabis regulations Interpret production documents such as batch records, labels, and inventory logs for accurate packaging processes Inspects products for damage or defects before being packed Perform some light lifting as required during the packaging process Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with safety standards in production Performs other duties as assigned. Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or food production Experiance making pre-rolls preferred but not required Follow all company SOPs and state cannabis regulations Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and inventory management Communicate any discrepancies or quality concerns to leadership promptly Join our team to help deliver high-quality cannabis products through precise packaging operations!
