A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description
Position Summary:
As part of the Growing Team, provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cannabis Cultivation Facility, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.Essential Functions:
- Assist with the coordination all grow operations including: potting, transplantation, planting, harvesting, defoliation, topping, trimming, irrigation, as well as assuring compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
- High REI IPM sprays in eligible spaces
- Ability to tolerate and wear PPE, including but not limited to respirators and Tyvek suit in hot and humid conditions
- Eligible for respirator fitting (willing to be clean shaven)
- Responsible for executing assigned tasks, projects and expectations in accordance with goals and objectives set by the Director Cultivation.
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, as well as information sharing.
- Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers
- Report employee issues or product situations
- Responsible for following all operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Specifications:
- Knowledge and adherence to the policies, procedures and goals of the Company
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with various audiences
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently throughout a workday with given directives
- Ability to work well in a Team Oriented Environment
- Valid Missouri driver's license or State ID card
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Minimum 1-year previous manufacturing, production experience, preferably in cannabis cultivation
- Agricultural/growing experience
- High School Diploma preferred
