Job Description Cultivation Tech I is an entry level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations to include potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
Sun-Thurs:
7am-4pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.

Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing.

Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.

Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.

Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.

Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.

Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient mannerCompletes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
