Overview Join our dynamic farm team as a Farm Hand/Laborer and become a vital part of our agricultural operations! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, supporting a variety of farm activities that promote sustainable farming practices and animal welfare. You will be responsible for assisting with daily farm chores, operating heavy equipment, maintaining farm machinery, and caring for livestock. We are committed to providing a safe, productive, and rewarding work environment where your skills can grow and make a real impact. Responsibilities Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, moving supplies, and installing equipment to support daily farm operations. Operate agricultural machinery including tractors, forklifts, semis and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with animal husbandry duties, including feeding, watering, and health monitoring of livestock. Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery with assistance Follow strict safety standards in all aspects of production, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in farming or agricultural settings with knowledge of crop production and animal care. Skilled in operating farm machinery such as tractors, forklifts, semi trucks and other heavy equipment; CDL will be needed Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for outdoor work environments. Experience with livestock handling is preferred Strong understanding of safety standards in agricultural production to ensure a secure working environment.
