Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

Job Description

Farm Operations Assistant Farm Operations Assistant We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cattle, a strong background in agricultural mechanics, and extensive knowledge of row crop production. Farm Operations Assistant Responsibilities Assist with daily cattle care including feeding, health monitoring, and general husbandry. Perform maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery. Support planting, cultivating, and harvesting of row crops. Operate farm machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities. Assist with other farm duties as assigned. Farm Operations Assistant Qualifications Experience working with cattle is preferred but not required. Strong background in agricultural mechanics and equipment maintenance. Proven experience with row crop production and management. Ability to operate farm machinery safely. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Class A CDL is not required but considered a plus.
